I’m ashamed that it’s taken me so long to do an update on here, but I promise there’s a few good reasons! First of all, I have been participating in local craft fairs and artisan markets mainly. It’s so nice to interact with your local scene and meet so many wonderful people who share a love of all things crochet. Over the last few months I have also directed a bit more time in making a few more items to add to my own home… A couple tiny hats, some booties, a huggable lovey or plushy here and there, and the softest baby blankets. As you may have guessed, we’ve added a new baby to our family! In December we welcomed our fourth and final child, which is bittersweet but oh so special. This time off with baby was a great way to kick off pattern designs again as well. I’ve of course already designed a few newborn hats, but this time I wanted to make up something a bit more fun and with my baby being 3 months old and Easter right around the corner, what could be a cuter than a carrot hat!? Totally inspired by this little one’s outfit.
